Terms and Conditions of Bookings
Risk Management Resources (RMRLtd) Limited will sell products and services to you through the https://www.rmrlimited.co.uk/ website subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read these conditions carefully before using this website. By using the https://www.rmrlimited.co.uk/ website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Training Course Provision
When you make a booking through https://www.rmrlimited.co.uk/, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking and containing the details of your booking. Your booking represents an offer to us to purchase, which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you to confirm the course booking. It is essential that you provide us with a current e-mail address, which can be used to communicate with you on any matters relating to your booking. It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your email address or other contact details.
There are three types of bookings as explained below:
Bookings – Subject to Confirmation
Should your initial booking be unsuccessful we will, wherever possible, offer an alternative to best match your requirements, but you are not obliged to accept an alternative.
Confirmed Free Space Bookings
Confirmed Free Space Bookings relate to courses that are updated with Availability Status. Availability is confirmed at the time of booking when booking one of these courses on https://www.rmrlimited.co.uk/.
If you choose to pay by BACS the ‘Payment Details’ section of the Confirmation of course booking should be used as your Proforma invoice. This is for immediate payment and will need to be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the course start date. Making the payment to RMR Limited by the deadline dates is your responsibility and although we will chase the payment we will not accept responsibility if you fail to make payment by 30 days prior to the course start date. If these conditions are not met RMR Limited reserves the right to cancel the place on the course with the trainer and you will be liable for cancellation fees as set out in the table in the section below and any additional costs incurred by RMR Limited for this cancellation.

Where your booking falls within 30 days of the course being run, full payment is required upon booking.
Online Learning Courses
Although rare, from time to time, RMR Limited may need to cancel or reschedule courses. Should a training course be cancelled for any reason, you will be fully reimbursed of all course costs including VAT and any fees paid, unless an alternative date has been offered and accepted. This is the full extent of the liability which RMR Limited has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or rescheduled courses.
If you wish to cancel a course booking, you must notify us in writing. Course cancellations are subject to fees in accordance with the following table of charges:

Course and Event Information
Information relating to courses and events provided by RMR Limited is carefully monitored for accuracy, errors or omissions..
Course start times will be confirmed in joining instructions sent by RMR Limited.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific course overview all delegates must be able to speak, write and understand English.
Specific Course Requirements
Some courses may have very specific prerequisites or terms and conditions attached, for example, specific experience or qualifications might be necessary for some courses. Where such prerequisites exist they will be outlined in the general information relating to the course. You will also be asked to confirm acceptance of these during the booking process.
VAT, Credit and Debit Card Fees
RMR Limited is primarily a business to business operation. For corporate credit cards we charge 2.55% of the net course value. For debit cards there is no additional cost. VAT is charged to the customer in addition to the basic course costs. Fees will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
Quality of Service Provision
RMR Limited continuously monitors the quality of course being delivered by appointed Training Providers, we can not directly assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products and services of any other providers and any other third-parties. We will, however, do everything practicably possible to resolve any quality issues arising.
Issue of Certificates
Successfully achieved certification will be sent directly to the candidate in accordance with the guidelines of accrediting bodies. Certificates are typically issued by the training provider within 4-6 weeks of the course completion date. RMR Limited must be informed If the candidate has not received their certificate within this timeframe. If a significant amount of time between the course completion date and the RMR Limited team being notified has passed, candidates may be required to pay an administration fee for a duplicate certificate.
Privacy
We value your privacy and any personal information disclosed to us through the RMR Limited website, over the telephone or in any other way will only be collected, stored and processed as set on in our Privacy Policy.
Web Site Licensing, Access and Use
Use of the RMR Limited website includes, viewing the website, making bookings, reviewing bookings and changing bookings or transferring to links provided on the website. Any other use of the site requires written consent before use. You may only establish links to this website with prior written consent from RMR Limited Limited.
The copyright of the material contained on the RMR Limited website belongs to RMR Limited.
By using the RMR Limited website you agree not to access, monitor or copy information for your own commercial benefit or the benefit of another party or to use any data mining, robots, spiders, scrapers or other automated data gathering and extraction tools, without prior written permission. You also agree not to make any attempts to attack the infrastructure of the web site.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Access is further conditional on your agreement that any dispute or matter which arises will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country.
Changes and Updates to these Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the terms and conditions prevailing at the time of booking will apply. Continued use of the RMR Limited web site indicates your agreement to them and any subsequent amendments.
